What is included with my registration?
Your registration includes one team jersey, a set of flags with belt, administration fees, and access to either a turf or grass field, depending on your league's location and the time of season.

Who are the coaches?
Our coaches come from various backgrounds including former youth league and high school coaches, as well as enthusiastic parents. They all share a commitment to creating an enjoyable and enriching experience for the children.

Who officiates the games?
Our officials typically include high school athletes from the local area who are passionate about the sport, as well as adults who are trained to understand the specific rules we follow.

Are uniforms included in the registration fee?
Yes, team uniforms are included in the registration cost.

What is the team size?
Each team is capped at 10 players. The number of teams each season may vary depending on enrollment, but there will never be more than 10 athletes per team in any age bracket.

What is the game duration?
Games consist of two 20-minute halves with a 5-minute halftime for game planning or breaks as needed.

How are teams formed?
Coaches can choose "keepers," who are players the coach has a pre-existing relationship with. All parents of keeper picks are contacted prior to our draft, which is how we place individual children (free agents) on teams.

Are coaches compensated?
No, all coaches are volunteers who generously donate their time to share their passion for the game with the children.

Are there any discounts available for league enrollment?
Yes, we offer an "Early Bird" discount of $15 off the registration fee for a period of four weeks before each session. Stay updated via our social media for these special offers.

Should my child play flag football?
Flag football is an excellent introduction to the sport, offering a safe and enjoyable way to learn the fundamentals of the game.
